My niece, Kyndall, was in a terrible boating accident today. She is hurt really bad and is on a ventilator right now. Bleeding in the brain, fractured skull, and fluid on her lungs. They are taking her to Tulane Hospital right now as I type. I am in tears as I type. Please, please pray for Kyndall. I know the good Lord above hears our prayers.

I will be praying for you and will put a link on my blog about your niece.
My own niece was in an accident and was in a coma for almost four months before she came out of it.
It's just a very helpless time to wait and wait and wait. Her family and friends made a poster of her smiling and awake and vibrant so that her care nurses could see who she really was while they were caring for her.
She came out of her coma and is alive today but has no memory of her accident.
Oh my heart is just aching reading this. Praying and praying HARD. Update as soon as you hear something.
