Lauren's 11th Birthday Sleep Over

Lauren had her first sleep over with her BFFs this weekend. I had so much fun in store for 6 little girls that night.

Before they came I gave my favorite girl a great big hug and told her one more time how much she means to me and that I loved everything about her. She is all that I could have ever asked for in a daughter.......yes, even when she rolls her eyes at me I still love that tootie!

First, we had to kick the boys out. Yep, we sent them to a hotel for the night. They were beyond thrilled to go. ha! I received texts all night how the boys rule and they were jumping on the beds in the hotel. Funny~

Let the fun begin! We started off with a pedicure for the "fabulous 6" at Elegant Nails and Spa in PJs.
Lauren chose blue and yellow with black zebra stripes on her toes.
Most of the girls had never had pedicures before so they were in heaven.

How cool is that?
Sweet Hallie girl. She is one of Lauren's very best of buds.

They all decided to get zebra stripes on their toes.
Having a BALL!
I must say I was having lots of fun too listening to these sweet girls.
Then it was time for Pizza and cookie cake. Yum.....
Happy 11th birthday Lauren!
It was ONE crazy night with all of these chicks. They dressed up, danced, played games, tie-dyed Tshirts, painted desk tops, painted window charms, etc.

Then it was time for chocolate facials with cucumbers.
They were so divas! Ha. Cracking up..........

I told them one day when they are seniors in high school that I may have to pull these pictures out to show. ha!
At about 2am they started the movie Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and I saw them drift off to sleep about 3am.......whew.....I was beat.
It was a wonderful birthday celebration!
The next day this is how I found my Tootie most of the day.....she was beat.

I made it!
My first girl sleep over for my sweet girl.
It was more fun than I could have imagined.
Happy Birthday Lauren~May this year be the best one ever~
Love you!

Happy 11th Birthday Lauren Nicolle

You bring us SO much joy! You are spunky, happy, caring, and full of life.

You always know how to make us laugh!

You even melt my heart when you have done something wrong. How could I ever stay mad at those beautiful green eyes?

You are growing into a little teenager.

You are changing right before our eyes.

Slow down baby doll!

You are everything I had ever dreamed about having in a daughter.

You are not only my daughter but my best friend.

You are so beautiful.....inside and out.

You are loved by so many!

Here you are with your Great Grandmother who will be 90 this year.

You make the fourth generation (Gma, Appy, Me, and You)

You will always be our princess no matter what age you turn.

You are the sweetest big sister. Landry adores you.

You are also their best friend. Luke looks up to you so much.

You are 11 years old today!

You are one of the BEST things that has ever happened to your daddy and I. You made us parents and each day you inspire us to be better ones.

Lauren, We love you sweet girl!

Happy Birthday and Many more~

Love you tootie!

Santa comes a little early to our house.....

because we usually head to Hereford (my hometown) to be with my family for Christmas. The 3L's are fine with this! Friday evening after school we made cookies for the big jolly guy and pretended it was Christmas Eve at the Reed house.
Mmmm......wish I had one of these now!
Dad always reads T'was the Night Before Christmas story to the 3L's
Our Christmas Morning....
was full of gifts and love from Santa. Lauren read his note to us.
This has been her job for sometime now. So sweet.
(I am going to miss looking at this tree at night when the lights are off.....auuughhh)

These guys were having so much fun.
Luke LOVES planes!

Maybe a little too much fun was going on!

Santa hooked Landry up with his own car to ride around in the hood.
Lauren was so excited about her doll house.
(I love that she is still into dolls!)

It was a beautiful family Christmas here at the Reed house.
I kind of liked having our Christmas early.

Nothing feels as good as being home!

Nothing feels as good as being Home!

Sweet Luke is doing much better after his little stay in the hospital.

Bless his heart, he had been struggling with this right before Christmas and by the time we made it back home from my hometown he was feeling really bad. There is just something so heart breaking when your child is sick.

As a parent you just want to trade places with them.

Landry and Lauren were so worried about him.

We were so proud of this little guy! He had an awful time with the IVs. After a few tears shed he always let the nurse know he wasn't too mad at her.

Welcome home Lukey!

We will continue our prayers of good health for you throughout this year. Love you sweet guy~Mom and Dad
