Last game for #7

Luke had his last game of baseball this week. He was excited but he was really even more excited about the trophy he was going to get after the game. ha! It was so much fun getting to watch him play ball. Being out in the field with his friends was his favorite part. (stopping ants or picking a few weeds I am pretty sure had something to do with it)
Lauren and Landry were such troopers tagging along to watch #7. We were pretty blessed this year to get on the same team as his buddies!

It got hot at times and a little buggy but he always had a smile for me.
Luke~I can't tell you enough how proud we are of you. You gave it your best shot all the time. We wish you the best in whatever you want to do. If it is sports, band, or the debate team I want you to know we are behind you 100%. We are your biggest fans Lukey!
We love you #7!

I have BIG NEWS to share!

Guess who is GOING HOME tomorrow??? Yes! You heard right. Kyndall has been doing AWESOME with her therapies. She can walk on her own now and her pain has gotten so much better. She has left sided weakness but will have to teach her brain how to deal with this and get better. Julie met with 20 doctors and therapist this morning. They said she can go home tomorrow but will need to do outpatient therapy twice a week and keep up with all of the doctor's appointments. PRAISE the LORD! I can't help but have tears of joy. Wow, three weeks ago was so scary for my family. Prayers have been answered! Thank you for praying for her and checking in on her. God is so Good! (can you tell I am excited?) Tomorrow I will take down her button off my blog in celebration of Kyndall going home. Thank you again Tara and all of the wonderful blogger friends who added it to your blog! It was because of you that word got out about Kyndall and people began to pray for her. A heartfelt thank you friends for all of your support during this scary time.
Welcome Home tomorrow Kyndall! Aunt Robin, Uncle Casey, Lauren, Luke, and Landry are so happy to hear you are going home. We love you sweet pea and you will always be in our prayers as you continue to heal!

Kyndall update

The 3 L's and I worked on a care package to send to Kyndall last week. They filled it with pictures, notes, itune cards, and lots of silly items to let her know how much they love her and are praying for her. On Sunday my cell phone rang right after church and I heard the sweetest voice on the other end....it was Kyndall. She sounded so good. She giggled at all of the crazy things we sent her. It was all so worth it just to hear her laugh. Oh, I just can't count my blessings enough for that little girl! Thank you Lord for all that you are doing in her and going to do. Today they started 6 hours of therapy on her at Childrens. Every therapy you can think of she is doing it! Music, speech, occupational, physical......wow! She is in the right place with the right people. God is so good. This evening she is tired and worn out but she did awesome today. She is walking on her own now. They did another MRI on her neck and shoulder. Turns out her poor neck is so sprained too. With a separated shoulder and a sprained neck this is causing her excruciating pain. The doctors joked that if she were a football player this would for sure be a season ending injury. Anyway, they are taking good care of her. This weekend Childrens Hospital had the zoo come to them. How cool is that? Thank you for checking in on her and praying her through this. We are so lucky to have her!
This is the 3L's (Lauren, Luke, and Landry) working on the care package.
