Fall Festival~Show and Tell

And in this corner...weighing 62 pounds....Landry Balboa!
My little boxer had his fall party Friday.
It was full of fun activities. It started off with show and tell. Landry wanted to take a couple of his English Bulldog puppies. The kids thought this was so neat.

Mrs. Scott even got dressed up for the Fall party.
I had so much fun watching my little man enjoy his day!
It warms my heart to see him smile and giggle with his buds.
I also love the fact that he prays every time before he eats.
He has made sure we do the same at home. Good job Landry.

I never knew he was so good at decorating cupcakes.....then I figured it out that he was just trying to pile as many candies as he could on it. Smart kid!
Funny scarecrow!
Sweet Mrs. Scott and my little boxer.

A SWEET Pumpkin belly.....

full of a baby boy to love!

Today I got to paint my beautiful friend's tummy for Halloween. It was a REAL treat for me to do this. I got to paint Mindy's tummy last time when she was pregnant with my son's future bride in there. (ha!) We painted an Easter Egg for baby Haddie and today we painted a pumpkin for baby Anakin Cosmo Pierce (not really his name! This is what her kids are calling him. Funny!)
I must say I got chills when I was painting thinking about this sweet baby on the way. He is already loved by so many and not even here yet!

The kids thought is was soooo funny!
Awww....and there she is.......my son's future bride! (jk, Troy!)

Mindy, I hope you know that there are MORE holidays to come so get ready. I have my paint brush ready:) Thanks for the fun times today!

Annual Pumpkin Contest at School

That time of year! It was time to decorate a pumpkin for the annual Spring Valley pumpkin contest. Hard to believe I have been doing this for 6 years now. This years theme was a bit different. You had to decorate a pumpkin with your favorite letter of the alphabet using alliteration. What is that? It is when you arrange words into a complete sentence and tell a story.
Luke chose the letter B...... and this is what we came up with.
"Bertie Bernstein the bat was the best bubble blower on the block. He could even blow bubbles with braces"

Look close and you can see his braces.

This is always a FUN project to do with the kids. Good luck Luke! Know that we think
"Bertie is the Best"
