I can't believe it is that time of year already! This is such a happy time and sad time when the end of school year rolls around. What a huge year this has been for us. Landry going to Mrs. Heather's school while I went back to work, Luke starting kindergarten, and Lauren spending her last year at Spring Valley Elementary as a 4th grader. What an awesome year!
The 3L's school is really over this coming week but due to something special coming up (more on that later) we had to pull them out of school 3 days early so they can head to grandparents house. They can't wait to go!
To my kids:
Landry love~This year you spent two days a week at Heather's house with 4 little girls that she also kept. You had a ball! You loved being the only boy. You didn't care if they dressed you in a princess dress or put a bow in your hair cause you always let them know you were still a little boy by chasing them with a car. I couldn't wait to pick you up at 2 to see your smiling face. What a blessing Heather was to us. Now you are going to be starting pre-k for 4 year olds next year. I can't help but get tears thinking of how quickly my baby is growing up. Daddy and I love you Landry Love so much! You sure know how to melt our hearts.

Sweet pea Lauren~This was your last year at Spring Valley Elementary. Next year you will move onto the Intermediate school. (tears flowing!) Oh, my sweet girl. It seems like yesterday I was going to your kindergarten graduation. This year as a 4th grader you just bloomed. You found a new love for math and it made your retired math teacher grandmother smile. Your teachers loved you! We are so proud of the hard work you put into school this year. I can't say it enough Lauren but I am just so proud of who you are. What a beautiful girl you are inside and out. We LOVE you so much sweet pea! You are going to make one awesome 5th grader....did I just say I have a 5th grader now? Sniff, sniff. LOVE you tootie!Walking out of Spring Valley Elementary for the last time.
