Too much going on..........

I am taking a blogger break. Right now Luke is in the hospital with pneumonia and I feel like I need to get us back on our feet. Hopefully we will be home Thursday!

Christmas was wonderful and nice to spend with family. I will have to post more later.

Lauren's Christmas party....

I recently found out that there comes a time when a parent doesn't come to a Christmas party anymore. My baby girl (which I will probably call her that the rest of her life) had her party at school.......kids only. Although she had a fabulous time and was bubbling about it all in the car......it is a party just for the kids. You don't need to come anymore to help pass out plates, open juice boxes, or wipe icing filled faces off. *Sigh*........as long as she had fun, right?

Merry Christmas!

Landry's Christmas party

I loved going to Landry's Christmas party at school.
The first thing I saw walking in was a picture Landry had colored for baby Jesus and what he would give to him. Some kids said a new car, a barbie doll, a sucker but this is what Landry said ......."My gift for baby Jesus is Love" Sweet boy, you are my little preacher!
He had a wonderful time with his friends.
Pin the nose on the snowman....which he promises he wasn't peaking. ha!

One of the moms made a human snow globe for the kids. It was funny! (a little messy too)
He loved it!
Landry and Mrs. Scott.
He loves her sooo very much. (we do too!)
Merry Christmas

School Christmas parties are always a hit!

I think it is the one time the 3L's will get up willingly to go to school. This year I volunteered to provide all of the cookies to decorate for all 3L's party. Wow, that was a lot of sugar! My sweet hubby went to Luke's party. (I made him take the camera and I must say I am pretty impressed with his pictures!) Luke had a blast as your can tell by his toothless smile here~my sweet Lil' Jack-o-lantern boy!

A Christmas play and Santa......

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
Our days are starting to fill up with parties, plays, Church activities, and Santa.
My grandmother and mom came down for my birthday so they got to join me in some of this holiday fun.
Landry at his Christmas play. It was sooo sweet and he did such a great job.
(sorry for the blur) One proud mommy! (Daddy was in NY)
Proud grandmothers too!
Afterwards we celebrated with his class and a surprise he made just for mom and dad.
Then a trip to the mall to make sure Santa knew he had been a good boy this year.
(He is at such a fun age with all of his questions about baby Jesus and Santa. Keeps me on my toes!)

I LOVE this time of year with my family.
I can't wait to celebrate the other 2L's Christmas events.
Merry Christmas!

Happy Birthday Landry Love!

My sweet baby boy turned 5 on Saturday. It was everything I could do keep from crying all day.......love this little guy! We had a FUN weekend. Luke and Lauren loved singing to him and giving birthday spankings.
Landry liked the first part but not the second part.

He truly melts my heart.
A wish about Lighting McQueen I am sure of!
We celebrated with a trip to Great Wolf Lodge in Dallas.
It even snowed inside the lobby!
