Today is National Day of Prayer. I am a firm believer in the power of prayer. I can't imagine my life without spending time with my Heavenly Father each day. There are so many things I pray about.........from the little stuff to the big stuff. My favorite verse in the bible is
Don't worry about anything, instead pray about everything; tell God your needs and remember to thank Him for His answers.....
I love the fact that my son's baseball team prays before each game. I hope that my children will learn the importance of prayer in their own life.

Oh I love that verse too, especially the part about Him guarding our hearts and minds as we trust in Him.
In fact I love Phil. 4:8 too because it tells us what to think about!
Its a shame more don't do this!
