The 3L's having fun with their Grandmothers.

While Casey and I were in Canada my sweet Mom (Appy as the kids call her) and Grandmother (Gmaw) stayed with the 3L's. We had no doubt that they were going to be well taken care of and loved on. I live about 8 hours away from my family so it is always a treat for us to have them come see us. Thank you Appy and Gmaw! They had the BEST time with their Grandmothers. My mom just picks up where I left off with them. I hope to be like her someday in many ways!

They went to a children's garden fair.
Having fun!
This is my grandmother (their great grandmother) who is in her late 80's. Can you believe that? She is amazing! She can out run me anyday. ha! My grandmother is so special to me and I love every minute I get to spend with her. I can't imagine life without her. The 3L's think she is so fun too. You often catch her on the floor giving horsey rides.
An interesting thing happened while we were away. For sometime now we have lost all of Landry's shoes. Casey and I have looked everywhere for a pair that matched. Gmaw found 9 shoes in the couch while we were gone. It seems I have a little chipmunk that likes to hide his shoes!

Appy & Gma are BOTH beautiful!!! I love them, too.

So sweet how your mom just picks up right where you left off. I want to be like that, too, someday.

I knew the kids would have a BALL with them!!!

Will you lend me your grandma? Maybe she can come to my house and find Allie's lost shoes. She has four single shoes that I can't find the matches to. I looked in the couch this morning after reaing your posts last night. No luck...glad your kids had so much fun. I had no doubts that they would be well looked out for and spoiled a little too!!! What a wonderful family you have.
